Happy 2016!

I didn't do any sort of year end wrap-up for 2015 for one very simple reason.

This foxy gent right here:

Chicago billionaire, Reese Crane (The Billionaire Bachelor) was demanding my attention, so first round edits were done over December and were turned in today. Added in with the holidays (for which I was woefully ill-prepared!) and the many gatherings we attended (so fun!), I didn't have time to wax poetic about 2015.

Until now!

Here are some really cool things that happened over 2015.

January

Bringing Home the Bad Boy releases! Enter Evan mania. I had no idea how much you guys would love finger-painting and tattoos, but apparently, you do. A LOT. So says most of these reviews.

But Evan wasn't the only show stealer. Landon (his oldest, bespectacled brother) has a book and The Millionaire Affair went on sale for 99-cents and took the #1 spot on Nook for 2 days. You like these Downey boys, don't you?

February

No book releases or big sales this month, but I did work on a few future heroes. I dreamed up a new guy, and put the final finishing touches on this one.

March

April

I attended the WisRWA in Wisconsin, signed some books, met some great people, and ate some really good food.

May

Donovan Pate made his bad boy entrance in the teaser for the back of Evan's book, then in May, he took the stage in Rescuing the Bad Boy, a book I had written COUNTLESS times, and even burned the original book so I could give myself a true fresh start. That story here. Plus some cool REAL mansion pictures here.

June

Lori Foster's annual Reader Author Get Together was extra special this year since my publisher sent along Tempting the Billionaire and Bringing Home the Bad Boy to give away in the goodie bags! I signed, I took pictures, I ran around delivering gifts for our Saturday night trivia! I had a great time, and am looking forward to RAGT this year where we'll be doing BINGO for the masses.

Also, I turned 40, which I'm told is the new 20. My back begs to differ.

July

This little labor of love was a short story-turned-longer short story. More Marcus is always a good thing, and my favorite reviews of this one is how hard you all are laughing when you read it. A haunted house romance with a romantic comedy twist and smoking hot sex scenes... that's a thing, right?

I also attended a really fun concert: Train, Mat Nathanson, The Fray.

August

My husband turned 40, and officially gets to stop giving me crap about turning 40 thirty-five days before he did. :P

September

A Bad Boy for Christmas releases! And I can't get over how much I keep hearing how Connor bumped Evan as your favorite bad boy. (Most of you though remained true to Evan.)

Connor's book also received a Publisher's Weekly review . Ohh la la!

Another concert! Ed Sheeran is amazing live. Also, we carpooled with friends and got in trouble for one thing we shouldn't have, and a few things we should have. Luckily, no arrests were made. ;) Good times!

I had my first loner signing, and the hubs made an awesome video.

December

USA Today mentions A Bad Boy for Christmas in their list of Must-read romances of 2015!

Buzz begins about my upcoming angsty New Adult Forgotten Promises from Random House.

What will 2016 bring?

So many books! The aforementioned Forgotten Promises in January. The Billionaire Bachelor in June. The Billionaire Next Door in October. The second book in the Lost Boys series (after Devlin), Falling for Caden in December.
