A. General Terms & Conditions

Lemmon Ink LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides digital products, memberships, courses, writing mentorship, creative guidance, tarot readings, and related creative services operated by Jessica Lemmon (“Owner”).

Jessica Lemmon provides all services solely in her role as representative of Lemmon Ink LLC. Nothing in this Agreement shall create personal liability for Jessica Lemmon as an individual.

By purchasing, accessing, enrolling in, joining, downloading, or participating in any service, product, program, membership, course, reading, mentorship, or digital offering provided by Lemmon Ink LLC (“Service”), you (“Client,” “Member,” “You,” “Your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product, course, or Service. This means access is provided for as long as the product, course, or Service exists and is supported by Lemmon Ink LLC. Lifetime access does not mean your lifetime, the Owner’s lifetime, or the lifetime of Lemmon Ink LLC as a business entity.

All Services are provided for educational, creative, informational, inspirational, and/or entertainment purposes only. Nothing provided by Lemmon Ink LLC should be interpreted as therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or professional publishing representation.

You are responsible for your own creative decisions, business decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions, health decisions, publishing choices, implementation, and results.

No specific results are guaranteed.

B. The Lemmon Society

Membership Access

The Lemmon Society (“Membership” or “TLS”) is a monthly subscription providing access to writing-related content, creative support, community experiences, educational resources, and creative guidance curated at the sole discretion of Lemmon Ink LLC.

The nature, format, frequency, availability, and organization of TLS content may change at any time without notice. No specific features, topics, experiences, calls, posts, prompts, readings, downloads, community activity, or outcomes are guaranteed.

Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, gifted, resold, copied, or distributed.

Payments & Billing

TLS renews automatically each billing cycle until canceled.

You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or the cancellation method provided at the time of purchase. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund previous charges, unused time, or partial months.

If you cancel and later rejoin, you will do so at the current price. Grandfathered pricing applies only to uninterrupted, active subscriptions.

Failed payments may result in paused or canceled access.

Confidentiality & Conduct

TLS is intended to be a respectful, private creative space. You agree not to screenshot, record, copy, download, distribute, publish, or share member-only content or member contributions without written permission.

Harassment, abuse, harmful behavior, disrespectful conduct, spam, disruption, or violation of these Terms may result in removal from TLS without refund.

Testimonials & Anonymized Sharing

By participating in TLS community spaces, you grant Lemmon Ink LLC permission to share anonymized excerpts of comments, wins, questions, or feedback for marketing and promotional purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts not to share identifying personal details without permission.

If you prefer your contributions not be used in this way, you may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.

No Guarantees

TLS provides writing inspiration, education, creative support, accountability, and entertainment. No guarantees are made regarding writing outcomes, publishing success, income, productivity, creative breakthroughs, emotional results, audience growth, or business results.

Intellectual Property

All TLS content is the intellectual property of Lemmon Ink LLC unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Story Notes

• The Drop

• Tarot or oracle readings

• Pep talks

• Writing discussions

• Videos

• Audio files

• PDFs

• Digital downloads

• Live call content

• Replays

• Prompts

• Worksheets

• Community materials

TLS content may not be copied, distributed, recorded, repurposed, taught, adapted, sold, uploaded, or shared without written permission.

C. Write for Fun

Course Access

Write for Fun (“WFF”) is a digital course designed to support writers in developing, structuring, and completing their novels.

WFF may include videos, audio lessons, worksheets, PDFs, prompts, written lessons, examples, downloads, or other course materials.

Course content may be updated, changed, reordered, removed, retired, or replaced at any time at the sole discretion of Lemmon Ink LLC.

Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the course. This means access continues for as long as WFF exists and is supported by Lemmon Ink LLC.

License & Restrictions

Your purchase grants you a single-user, personal-use license.

You may not:

• Share login access

• Share course materials

• Distribute course content

• Upload course content publicly

• Teach or adapt course materials

• Copy the course structure into your own offer

• Sell, license, reproduce, or repurpose any portion of WFF

• Use WFF materials in your own programs, courses, workshops, memberships, coaching, mentorship, or paid services

All rights are reserved.

No Guarantees

WFF is designed to provide writing education, structure, support, and creative guidance. It does not guarantee book completion, publishing success, audience growth, income, reviews, rankings, skill mastery, creative breakthroughs, or financial results.

Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, implementation, creative process, publishing choices, market factors, and other circumstances outside the control of Lemmon Ink LLC.

Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of course participation, progress, completion, or usage.

Failure to access or complete the course does not cancel your payment obligation.

D. Writing Mentorship

Nature of Service

Writing Mentorship, Creative Mentorship, Story Flow Mentorship, Author Mentorship, or related mentorship services (“Mentorship”) provide personalized writing support, creative guidance, story discussion, author business support, accountability, mindset reflection, and creative insight.

Mentorship may include discussion of writing, publishing, creativity, story structure, character development, motivation, author business, marketing, social media, newsletters, offers, creative blocks, intuitive creative guidance, and related topics.

Mentorship is not therapy, counseling, mental health care, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, health advice, tax advice, editing, literary agent representation, publishing services, or guaranteed career strategy.

Jessica Lemmon is not acting as a therapist, counselor, psychologist, attorney, financial advisor, medical provider, literary agent, publisher, or editor through Mentorship services.

Access & Boundaries

Mentorship may include private calls, messaging support, personalized feedback, written notes, intuitive guidance, or other support as defined on the sales page or written agreement at the time of purchase.

Schedules, response times, format, availability, and scope of support may vary based on the Owner’s discretion, capacity, health, schedule, and availability.

Mentorship does not include unlimited access unless explicitly stated in writing.

Payment & Commitment

All Mentorship payments, including deposits and payment plan installments, are required and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment plan disputes, missed payments, cancellations, lack of participation, or failure to schedule sessions do not release you from the obligation to complete all payments.

If a payment fails, access to Mentorship support may be paused or canceled until the account is brought current.

Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your writing progress, creative choices, business decisions, publishing decisions, implementation, and results.

You understand that Mentorship may offer ideas, questions, suggestions, feedback, reflection, and guidance, but all decisions remain your responsibility.

No specific results, income, publishing opportunities, completed manuscript, sales, reviews, rankings, audience growth, confidence, clarity, or creative outcome are guaranteed.

Scheduling, Missed Sessions & Communication

Mentorship sessions must be scheduled according to the process provided at the time of purchase.

Missed sessions, late arrivals, or late cancellations may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If Owner needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, scheduling conflict, or other circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternate time.

Behavior & Removal

Boundary violations, harassment, disrespectful conduct, abusive behavior, excessive demands outside the agreed scope, or violation of these Terms may result in removal from Mentorship without refund.

E. Tarot Readings

Entertainment Purpose Only

Tarot and oracle readings provided by Lemmon Ink LLC are for entertainment, self-reflection, creative insight, and personal exploration only.

They are not substitutes for legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, mental health, business, tax, or professional advice.

No Guarantees

Accuracy, intuition-based outcomes, predictions, future events, timing, personal results, emotional outcomes, business results, creative breakthroughs, or specific decisions cannot be guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for any choices, actions, or interpretations you make based on a tarot or oracle reading.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Readings are private and may not be recorded, posted, published, distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission.

Refund Policy

All tarot and oracle readings are final sale.

Missed sessions, late cancellations, or failure to provide requested information may result in forfeiture unless otherwise agreed in writing.

F. Digital Products, Printables & Downloads

Personal-Use License

All printables, worksheets, guides, templates, PDFs, audio files, videos, digital downloads, and other downloadable materials are for personal use only.

Your purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license.

You may not:

• Share or distribute files

• Sell or license them

• Upload them publicly

• Teach from them

• Copy them into your own materials

• Modify or rebrand them

• Use them in your own programs, courses, memberships, workshops, coaching, mentorship, or paid services

Refund Policy

All digital product purchases are non-refundable due to the immediate nature of digital access.

Intellectual Property

All digital products are owned by Lemmon Ink LLC unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced, repurposed, distributed, sold, taught, copied, adapted, or shared without written permission.

G. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, products, courses, memberships, mentorship materials, readings, downloads, copy, graphics, branding, frameworks, audio, video, written content, PDFs, worksheets, prompts, and resources created by Lemmon Ink LLC are protected intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, teach, adapt, modify, share, or repurpose any Lemmon Ink LLC materials without written permission.

Purchasing or accessing a Service does not grant ownership of the materials. It grants limited personal access according to these Terms.

H. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing from Lemmon Ink LLC, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. You authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including any applicable taxes, fees, recurring payments, subscriptions, or payment plan installments.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and may not be canceled simply because you stop using or participating in the Service. If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failed payments may result in suspended access, canceled access, or collection of outstanding balances.

I. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital, immediate-access, custom, time-based, or limited-capacity nature of Lemmon Ink LLC offerings, all sales are final unless a specific refund policy is stated on the sales page or checkout page.

No refunds are provided for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to use the product

• Failure to complete a course

• Failure to attend a session

• Lack of participation

• Scheduling conflicts

• Missed deadlines

• Canceled memberships after billing

• Partial months

• Payment plan obligations

• Dissatisfaction based on expected results not being achieved

Memberships may be canceled according to the cancellation options provided through the website, account dashboard, or payment processor. Canceling a membership stops future billing but does not refund previous payments.

Lemmon Ink LLC makes no guarantees regarding results.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Writing progress

• Manuscript completion

• Publishing success

• Income

• Sales

• Reviews

• Rankings

• Audience growth

• Newsletter growth

• Social media growth

• Creative breakthroughs

• Emotional outcomes

• Confidence

• Clarity

• Business success

• Productivity

• Personal transformation

Results vary based on your effort, consistency, implementation, experience, timing, creative choices, publishing path, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

K. Community Conduct

If you participate in any membership, course, live call, community space, comment section, group discussion, or shared environment operated by Lemmon Ink LLC, you agree to behave respectfully.

You may not post, submit, or share anything that is abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, spammy, misleading, disruptive, or harmful.

Lemmon Ink LLC reserves the right to remove content, revoke access, or remove participants at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or disrupts the community experience.

Removal for conduct violations does not entitle you to a refund.

L. User-Submitted Content

If you submit comments, questions, testimonials, reviews, feedback, wins, or other content to Lemmon Ink LLC, you grant Lemmon Ink LLC permission to use, quote, display, reproduce, or share that content for business, marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts not to share sensitive personal details without permission.

If you do not want your content used in this way, you may notify us in writing.

M. Third-Party Links & Services

Lemmon Ink LLC may link to or use third-party websites, platforms, retailers, payment processors, email providers, course platforms, membership platforms, scheduling tools, affiliate programs, social media platforms, or other services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, actions, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party websites or services is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

N. Affiliate Disclosure

JessicaLemmon.com may participate in affiliate programs, including Amazon and Apple Books affiliate programs.

This means Lemmon Ink LLC may earn a small commission when you click certain links or make qualifying purchases through those links, at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate links do not affect the price you pay.

O. Website Accuracy & Availability

Lemmon Ink LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all content, pricing, product descriptions, availability, links, or details will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

We may correct errors, update content, change prices, remove products, discontinue services, or modify offerings at any time without prior notice.
