By joining this membership, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to keep this community safe, fun, and aligned for everyone involved.

1. Membership Access
When you subscribe, you’ll receive access to exclusive content based on your chosen tier—Fans, Friends, or FAM (Fun. Ambitious. Magnetic.). This includes (but isn’t limited to): behind-the-scenes posts, book club access, community calls, teaching sessions, and member-only perks.

2. Payments & Billing
This is a subscription-based membership. Payments are processed monthly and will auto-renew until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your membership anytime through your account settings. Please note: Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused content.

3. Respectful Community Guidelines
This is a no-judgment zone for creatives and book lovers. Kindness, confidentiality, and mutual respect are required. Harassment, hate speech, or spam will result in removal without refund.

4. No Redistribution of Content
Everything inside The Lemmon Society is for members only. Please don’t share private content, call recordings, PDFs, or teaching materials outside the group without written permission.

5. Terms May Change
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. By continuing your membership, you agree to the current version of the terms.

6. Disclaimer
This membership is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Jessica Lemmon is not responsible for outcomes based on members’ use of content or advice. As with all creative ventures, your results may vary.

Write for Fun 101

By enrolling in Write for Fun 101, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are here to support your success, protect this material, and help us all stay in integrity.

1. Course Access
When you enroll, you gain access to all core materials inside Write for Fun 101, including videos, downloads, and any associated bonuses. This access is granted for the lifetime of the course (as long as it’s offered), and updates may be added at Jessica’s discretion.

2. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due in full at time of enrollment unless otherwise stated. Due to the digital nature of the course, no refundswill be offered once access has been granted. Please read the course details carefully before enrolling, and reach out with questions before purchasing.

3. Personal Use Only
All course content is for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute any materials from this course without express written permission from Jessica Lemmon.

4. Coaching & Support
Depending on your level of access, you may receive opportunities for Q&A, group coaching, or private calls. Please respect call time limits and show up ready to participate. Coaching does not include legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
